Garret S. DeReus is a partner at Bizer & DeReus and is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Missouri. Mr. DeReus graduated from Tulane Law School in 2013 and from the George Washington University in 2010. Mr. DeReus has been at Bizer & DeReus since 2013 and during that time he has obtained numerous favorable rulings against some of the largest governments and corporate entities. Many of the rulings obtained by Mr. DeReus have helped developed unclear areas of the Americans with Disabilities Act and have strengthened the rights of persons with disabilities. Mr. DeReus has handled numerous cases at the trial level and several cases at the appellate level. In addition to civil rights cases, Mr. DeReus also has considerable experience handling personal injury cases.
